Rajasthan is quite more famous for its Historical backgrounds and monuments made by their Ancestors, but this desert State also has space for some wildlife Habitats, worth to visit once in a lifetime. So here are some of the wildlife parks that I have visited so far.
Ranthambore national park
The Wildlife National park is a merger of two (Sawai Man Singh and Kela Devi Sanctuary) wildlife sanctuaries, and it lies between two rivers Chambal and Banas. This national park is the house of Tigers, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Hyena, Nilgai, and Sambhar, etc. To explore all of this, You can use the adventures Jeep Safari services of Rathmbore national park.
Sariska National Park
This national is also a part of Rajasthan and lies in the Alwar District of the State. In 1978 this national park was declared to be Tiger Reserve so that they can relocate the Bengal Tigers to Sariska National park. Apart from that, this national park is a house of Monkeys, Jackals, Jungle Cats, Leopards, Sambhar, and beautiful birds like treepie, bush quail, Sand Grouse, Woodpecker, etc.
Keoladeo national park
This Sanctuary is being named after Keoladeo Temple, which is situated inside this Bird Sanctuary area and this sanctuary is quite famous for its Bird migration, that's why there are number of wetlands made by the Forest Department, in result almost 300- 400 variants of birds reside in this forests like White-tailed Eagles, Indian Spotted Eagles, Sarus Cranes, Black Bittern, etc. To explore wildlife, use of Camel safari to learn more about these birds.
Desert Natural Sanctuary
As the name suggests, this wildlife national park's 1/5th area is a Desert and home of some habitats of a Dry Regions example Desert Fox, Desert Cat, Chinkara, Wolf, Blackbuck, etc. Some specific Birds Species belong to this National park, namely Indian Bustard, Crane, Eagles, Falcons, Houbara Bustard, etc.
Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary
This wildlife Sanctuary lies in Aravali Mountian Hills with the highest peak of 1722 Meters from the Sea level and a Home of some spectacular Species example Leopard, Jungle Cat, Hyena, jackal, Grey Jungle Fowl, etc. To explore this jeep Safari is a Better Option for You.
